So, like many others, I decided to order one zapper, order #340022 with a 50% discount offered. In fact, I was charged for 4 which I did not authorise. I tried to cancel the order immediately, but was told that the order has been processed. Ozzi Mozzie are very efficient in selling practices, but not so hot in handling complaints and refunds. Having read other Trustpilot reviews, it seems this sales tactic, along with lots of empty promises is common place.
I have received 8 replies with the same excuse, again it looks like a standard template is used to reply to all customers as is clearly reported by other purchasers. I have been waiting months for a refund with no resolution. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIS COMPANY!
