After I bought the vacation and it was paid, they sent me an email asking for more money, another £110... I find this unprofessional... I will never buy through them... I haven't received the money yet return it, I was told somewhere in two weeks...horrible, I don't recommend it

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry an error occurred during your booking process that stopped the flights from being booked successfully with one of our third parties. This was the cause of the price increase in this case. We hope to work on this going forward but sometimes these increases our outside of our control as we are an online travel agent. We also offered you the option to cancel free of charge so you were not as effected by this error and our refund procedure is typically 2 weeks but can be much shorted in urgent cases. We hope this did not impact your trip in anyway and you were still able to travel with us in the future. - Zak, Customer Service Team

I’ve call your dedicated team and after 20 min someone answered, which did not have a clue about his or her job , hardly we could understand each other … and then after I give all my details put me on hold , never get back …
Very disappoint with EDF service , must change this name “ dedicated team “ course they are not
