Ordered from ASOS for the first time in years as I had a gift voucher. They sent me the wrong item and refused to send me the item I originally ordered. Instead, they asked me to return the item and said they would inspect it after 10 days and give me a refund. Customer service is terrible too. Avoid!
Honestly cannot rate ALB enough! Their dresses are absolutely beautiful and I've received so many compliments. I was looking for a dress for a destination wedding for MONTHS and finally found my dream dress at ALB. I ordered online and was really happy with the service and quick delivery. Their pop-up store in Covent Garden is amazing too - everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
Awful experience - I returned two dresses and they only refunded one of them. I'm currently £80 out of pocket!
Very unpleasant interactions with customer service when I tried to resolve this. I provided proof of postage which clearly showed the weight of the parcel (800g) was more than a single dress. No apology and they won't check CCTV until next week.
Avoid at all costs!

Thanks for reaching out and leaving this review, I am sorry to hear one of the items you have returned has not been refunded.
I can see the contact you have had with our customer service team and can see your order has been raised for our loss prevention team to look into the footage.
As this has yet to be picked up, I have watched the footage myself and can see the dress has been received back however has been sent over for further checks within our warehouse before a refund will be made.
I have gone and issued the refund for the dress for you now, the refund of £68.52 should take no longer than the 7th of May to land back in your bank account.
