Not at all happy with them. I think they had forgotten. I am paying their fees no communication at all would not recommend them. Left a voicemail and sent two emails 24 hours still no reply.
Review of Omaze
Website easy to navigate and provides a good overview about the competition. Good to see charities getting benefits from it too. I would like to see Breast Cancer Care benefiting substantially from it, also more Northern locations being chosen. We have some spectacular locations here in the North East.

You left the box on my neighbour’s doorstep. I wouldn’t of known if I didn’t receive a photo. Never even knocked at my door. I have a ring doorbell too, which proves the driver didn’t even make any effort to deliver to correct house
Review of Charles Bentley
Extremely disappointed. I purchased a daybed with footstool approximately three years ago via Wayfair. The cushion covers have not weathered well. I’ve asked if I can purchase replacement cushion covers, getting passed from pillar to post between Wayfare and Charles Bentley. It appears once we have your money they are no longer interested in customer relations. Will not be purchasing from Charles Bentley ever again

Unfortunately, as explained in our messages, as this was purchased through wayfair, they have a dedicated customer service team for Charles Bentley products, so would have to be dealt with through them. As your product is around 3 years old, that means it is no longer within our warranty, so unforunately, we are unable to do anything further in this case.
