Bradley Travelstore came highly recommended to me when I was booking a family holiday but I was sceptical about using any agent at first as I like to book holidays myself and get the best deals. But Adam proved me wrong! He managed to beat the best deals on the internet and even added a cashback offer when we returned which was a nice bonus!

Adam was also always quick to respond even if he was on holiday or if it was the weekend! We had to cancel our first holiday because of Covid a few days before we were meant to go and Adam dealt with the hotel and we didn't lose any money. Having an agent who could call the hotel in Mexico directly was really helpful!

Overall I highly recommend Adam and his team and will certainly get in touch with them for any trips going forward!

We booked a family trip to Mexico through Adam who managed to beat every rate I’d found anywhere. We then had major complications due to Covid in the days leading up to the trip which eventually resulted in our holiday being cancelled. Adam went above and beyond to try and help us, always finding time for me whether it be late at night or on the weekend, and his advice and experience have been invaluable.
