Slow and poor operations
Their return and exchange process is way too slow and bad. It was taking more than 3 weeks from the time I requested the exchange. While I was waiting for them to ship my exchange order(3 weeks after I sent my shoes back to Converse), the shoes were sold out. I requested on the 6th and I was told it should have arrived before Christmas. They emailed me on the 28th and said they had canceled my order without any explanation. Their customer service couldn't even suggest ordering the right size ones first, then just returning the wrong size ones, instead of exchanging them. No one was helpful, they were just typing their script. I guess I won't bother to buy from them
