The property transfer team/ online customer support is an absolute disgrace. Emails are not responded to/ calls not returned. They really don't care about the impact of their own inaction. No accountability whatsoever. If you're looking to buy/ lease a property managed by this company, save yourself a world of pain and walk away

Heathrow centre - Avoid at all cost! certificate provided was not acceptable for travel to Qatar. when the correct certificate with a QR code was requested their system was down. Missed flight. Disgrace
