Short Girl problems

Being a shorty . My parcel was in the highest slot and it was positioned right at the back . Luckily enough a passerby helped me retrieve it .My next step was to get my brolly out of the car and try and move it that way . If that hadn’t have worked I suppose I could have gone in the shop for help but that leaves the parcel vulnerable for it being taken , I wouldn’t literally have a leg to stand on as I had scanned the code to open the box .
Ps apart from that everything else is easy to do and I would use this service again

Excited and Delighted

I was excited on receiving my parcel. Perfectly packaged with everything there plus a couple of bonus items I wasn’t expecting . This is a Xmas gift and everything from the invoice to the gift card , to the inside of the box felt like and looked like something special . This is my first time ordering and certainly not my last . It arrived on time and I was informed about everything on my parcels journey . Would highly recommend . Thanks Hotel Chocolat xx

The process of watching, ordering, receiving is first class all the way . Everything is effortless .Customer service is second to none ALWAYS !
