Poor

Terrible experience in Martins Jaecoo Winchester. Advertised a good deal online and social media. Went in while it was still valid and was told they wouldn’t honour the deal online. Falsely advertising to get customers in. Sales manager was very patronising and unsupportive of his Sales team.

Awful post completion care!

I have been in communication with their customer service team at Vistry Southern and have been speaking to multiple customer service co-ordinators across the span of 1.5 years. We have lots of snags of things that aren’t working or are faulty that were reported within the 2 year window, however there are a number of things you apparently need to report within the first few weeks or months.
I wouldn’t say I wouldn’t buy again, but they wouldn’t be my first choice having now experienced their customer post completion.
They are only interested in you completing the surveys they are marked against, once this is done then they have what they need and are happy to ignore and forget about you.
Proceed with caution would be my advice.

After having an order never be delivered a month ago. A new order was placed but it has yet to be sent after 3 weeks.
Can’t get in contact with them anywhere and when I get a response it is of no help.

Not even delivered

Ordered a few pairs of socks. Was given tracking to be delivered by Amazon Logistics. Items show as delivered, however they definitely have not been and my video doorbell supports this.
Have emailed their 'customer service' team, however I was told to wait another 3 business days. After which they still hadn't arrived. Emailed again, got the same email template from another team member telling me to wait another 2 business days. And am now receiving no response.
Wish I had read the review before hand around delivery problems.
