I am sorry for any inconvenience caused by this, I have reviewed the order and cannot see that this was on a pre 10.30 service but can see that it was delivered on 31st January at 9.33am. "Sandleford" range badges its self as…

"Sandleford" range badges its self as properly "engineered" yet the spacer washers were of such poor manufacture that the burrs on the edges of the washers were almost as thick as the washers themselves. One shouldn't have to file down factory fitted washers so that the knobs actually turn on the roses. I had to apply WD40 to all the knobs I fitted to encourage the knobs to turn on the roses adequately. For Gods sake do NOT buy these. The product is not fit for purpose and Homebase need to contact the manufacturer, fitting washers with burrs in an unsprung handle is unprofessional and shoddy workmanship.
