I have been using purelogical products for 15 years. Both the skin and hair collagen peptides capsules work well for me and I have no reason to try a different product. I’m happy with the service, although The products are costly, they do work and provide for my nutritional needs.

Same questions, asked by three different workers, one of whom was the clinician. A bit of a merry-go-round with no helpful advice.

I ordered inzincable spf50 and facial pigmentation kit in one purchase. I knew there was a wait for inzincable spf 50 and was happy to pre-order and wait for mid-Nov delivery. However, although facial pigmentation kit is available, I have been informed by the customer service, after I made contact, I will also have to wait for this item until mid-Nov. I guess both items are being posted in one package. This was not made clear at the time of my order. I would have ordered separately and paid for two deliveries. Just not helpful & lots of time wasting. I really wanted to avoid a break in my facial pigmentation treatment and I am running out of product in the first facial pigmentation kit I ordered and have been using. Have noticed a slightly difference and wanted to persevere with the treatment to give every opportunity for it to work.

Since this review was posted I have managed to pay additional postage and now have received the facial pigmentation kit. Really pleased I can continue the treatment and I am seeing small results and with all the advice given by Dr V, in her videos, hopeful results will be sustained. For this reason I have added 2 stars to my original 1 star. Will review again at the end of my 2nd lot of treatment.
