Bought a car back in 2022

Bought a car back in 2022, log book was posted to carplus do to request made to dealership. Coming up 2 years on and still battling to get log book.
Sulaiman is being no help and constantly stressed over this.

Approached with a "can't can't can't"…

Approached with a "can't can't can't" customer service attitude. Started stop smoking programme and due to working shift patterns was unable to go back until 5 days after the 2 week return point. Type 1 diabetic with asthma and other health condition trying to quit smoking with no help or understanding from pharmacy assistant. Now returned back to smoking due to being refused 2nd prescription for patches to help quit. Terrible attitude towards helping and more focused on target driven. Will be raising complaint further due to this, maybe some customer service training and understanding of circumstances could be beneficial to staff.

Absolutely amazing customer service

Absolutely amazing customer service! I was looked after like royalty and was always put in control of any decision! Wajieran was a true gentleman and I will be returning in 5 years when it's time for a new car again. Thank you so much and thank you for the excellent experience

Poor service and quality!

Poor service and quality!

After purchasing a Nissan juke things have to light which have been a struggle to try look past!

Supplied the vehicle without a boot tray of boot floor, when pointed out was told to drive to Sunderland in my own time to collect as they forgot to put it in. This is after they stated they wanted to hold off on delivery for 3 days so the car would be perfect for us.
Car was delivered on a rainy day but looking at it in clear light, when back door open ther is a small dent in the door surround (this being the door pillar where the door catch is).
Put car in for MOT and now it has failed which is now going to cost £158 on top of the cost of the MOT. This is only 3 month down the line of purchase and was told "we want to make the car perfect before delivery".
The head lining in the car has black dots and yellow dots all over (unable to identify what is the cause or what it is?

Will upload pictures and responses that were emailed to us, no customer care or anything. Nothing e plain about our guarantee for parts and labour no nothing!

Do not use these as a dealer, nothing thought or cared about!
