Bought a watch with box and papers. Wrong box, wrong papers. Complained and just get stories. At least the watch works.
Wife bought a vintage watch. Said they would replace batteries. They did not and delayed pick up so we couldn’t return.
These guys take every opportunity to take advantage of you.
My advice is to check everything very carefully or better just avoid them.

My result was 'inconclusive" so they decided to charge me extra for a re-test knowing I was traveling that evening. I am completely unconvinced that this was in good faith. I believe that the gravy train is coming to an end and they are trying to make the most of it while they can. It would be interesting to see how the number of "inconclusive" results has trended in the last few months.

We do apologise that you received an inconclusive result on your PCR test, as this is neither the fault of our testing staff or the laboratory, we do offer patients a complimentary retest. As we understood you were traveling the following day it was necessary to upgrade the test to a same day result such that you receive the result in time.
We do apologise again for this inconvenience and can assure you this is a rare occurrence at our clinic.
