Very disappointed in Parcel Force
Very disappointed in Parcel Force, since they claimed to have made a delivery attempt but I was WFH all day and they did not knock or ring the bell!
I only noticed that they 'tried' to deliver when I just happened to check my tracking...
I looked in my post and outside for a card with details, but they couldn't even be bothered to leave a card.
I checked my tracking again, hoping they will try to redeliver the next day, but it's telling me that Parcel Force have taken it to the Post Office! I thought they try twice to deliver at home before leaving it at the Post Office?!
I had already paid £6 for delivery of my goods and now that they have left it at the Post Office, I apparently need to pay more.
I believe they dodged making this delivery because they couldn't be bothered and decided to lie about it.
Very poor service in my opinion!
