I don't know where to start with these…

I don't know where to start with these people! They cancelled my prescription for no reason. So I left messages and emails which all go unanswered, I spent 3hrs waiting on the phone with no answer then they cut me off! Basically nobody manning phones. I am now 3 days past my prescription date with no drugs and still no resolution! The only response I got was when I left a negative review on here after which they approved the wrong dose and have me a useless link to pay for it! I've left more messages but again they have gone unanswered. I'm so stressed that I'm missing my medication. They don't care, avoid this service it's broken an not for for purpose.

Unethical

Ordered my prescription through Asda online doctor, and paid for it. Kept checking my account for 2 weeks and it kept saying order pending, so I emailed them (because their online messaging wouldn't let me send a message for some reason) asking what's going on and when will it be ready for collection. Then out of the blue I get a message saying they have cancelled my prescription because I haven't been in touch for two weeks! What more am I supposed to do?? I suspect that this is a con to make me pay more for the prescription because the drug has gone up in price. Don't use these people they are unethical and don't care about their patients!

Only played for around a month and won a fantastic Rolex on their instant win competition. A couple of weeks later and it was on my wrist, I still can't quite believe it to be honest. Give it go, the prizes are there to won.

I didn't bother to check these reviews…

I didn't bother to check these reviews prior to ordering on the official Hilfiger website as I assumed such a renowned international company as this would have customer service at the top of their list. WRONG!!! Spoke to their customer service to try to understand where my order was as it hadn't been delivered within their stated delivery times, only to be told it hadn't even been shipped and that the delivery times shown are from the point of when the item is shipped! So in other words we can ship it whenever the hell we like and still fulfil our obligations if it comes to you in the stated delivery time after that! How disgusting! I said to them that this is not good enough and the excuse was that they've had a sale and the amount of additional orders "surprised" them so there is a backlog. One quick look on this site though indicated that this sale must have been going on since time began, so clearly just lying to paying customers in order to try and placate them! Was offered a 10% discount code as compensation but I can get this free anyway just by signing up to their newsletter. I told them they should make customers aware of delays on their website but this was again blamed on "unexpected order volume due to online sale" they must think we are stupid! Their total lack of response to any of these reviews tells you all you need to know really. To sum up; incompetent, uncaring, money over customer satisfaction orientated, disappointing company! Will never use again. Tommy Hilfiger hold your head in shame!
