I have been with this company for over a year. All going well, until they have asked me for proof of income ETC, I sent them everything I actually sent them
More than enough, I sent them 2 lots of bank statements, I sent them my business account and showing what I earn, I don’t have a tax return yet as my business has only been trading properly for 5 months, I get some money from my partners business for some contracting work and they have now closed my ACCOUNT!! Never use this company! They will scam you out your money! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE CORRECT!!!!!

You are stealing off people, how can something like this take almost 12 months!! I am going to go with 3 stars for now and I will change this to 5 stars if this process I am going through is quick!
My reason is I have never had an issue with 7Bet….. my account is fully verified and I deposited and withdrew with no issues over the last few years, anyway I asked for £500 to be withdrew yesterday at 11am, I heard nothing until I chased them, which is always annoying as you can take the money easily but not contact us when we need you, anyways I was contacted asking this morning for Apple Pay information on 2 of my debit cars, also debit card information and bank statement, again I have no issues as I have nothing to hide so I sent them everything at 11.30am this morning, I even sent them my other debit card I use even if they didn’t ask for this as I have used this bank with 7 bet in the past, if I am honest just didn’t want them coming to me and saying oh we need more information, well you have everything now, it’s crazy as it shows your Apple debit card number it doesn’t allow you to screenshot you have to take a photo on another phone and send yourself the photo it’s a bit of a ball ache really and takes ages when ur trying to work, anyway I have did everything they asked, I hope they can verify what they need today and process my withdrawal, as I have said I actually love 7Bet I just hope they don’t become a betting site who just take take take take and then when you try and withdraw & they try to put all obstacles up, please don’t become that company as I want to carry on and use you, if everything is sorted I will come back on here and update the starts as I said I would. Everyone is so quick to write a bad review but nobody gives a good one, well I will, I love this site, yes it’s now the most up to date and it’s limited to certain bets, however the payouts are more or less right away if you use Apple Pay, I can’t fault this site at all.

Robbing scum bags, I withdrew money, they asked for a bank statement with a iban address, I sent this 11 times, they said they cannot upload it as I have to do it, unfortunately as I have explained 14 times it won’t let me, I don’t know why, I have cleared everything on my pc and phone and it won’t work! Never had a issue, this is why it’s 3 stars, yes the site isn’t perfect, it crashes and also the markets are limited, however the withdraws where normally fast, until the other day. I asked for money to be sent via “instant bank payment” same way I have always used, never a issue, also wasn’t my bank as I get money putting in daily so 100% was not my bank account. I was told my withdraw failed, I was then asked to send a bank statement with a IBAN nunber, I sent them 2 bank statements for my Halifax, (the account i use with them and they have on file) they said on your statement it does not show your IBAN number? I said and? That’s not my fault, not every bank account show the same of every account, there are about 250 different types of bank accounts, they seem to didn’t understand this. They then asked me for another bank statement with a IBAN number and I sent them one, they have now withdrawn my money via wire transfer which I did not ask for, I use Apple Pay, debit card and paysafecard, I said send the money to my Apple Pay or debit card they said no, to me something had happened there end and I have not changed anything whatsoever, nothing has changed for me, but apparently my withdraw to my same bank I’ve been using for years failed, anyway normally would have put 5 stars but this has put me off, oh by the way the withdraw still isn’t done, says sending to processor. Where do i start, i was asked a few days ago for payslips, I am limited company and I don’t have payroll yet, this is a new business with a new contract and I explained to them I can provide my business statements to show my income but I cannot give wage slips yet, I was asked to send a tax return, again I don’t have one yet as my business is new, then I get a email back to say EMMA has gone on companies house and checked my business! Firstly this isn’t the business I was using to fund my gambling, they should have at least seen the statements first and seen it was a different business, to then try and catch me out and make out I was lying is disappointing and disgusting? Who are you to question what I am telling you when I am being more than responsible by saying I will give you my bank statements, I was then told you said last year you didn’t have a tax return, yes that’s right as this is a new business and I use this business to fund my gambling, you have no right to no what other business I have, I quickly closed my account and I will be going to the gambling commission! Another company what is braking DPA, waste of time! Oh I forgot something, after I explained it was a new company and I was threatening to take this further I was told it was now ok to except my bank statements, oh by the way this is the shocker!! My account has been limited to £100 a week for nearly 2 years, not being funny but I’m not exactly a big time gambler am I, honestly these places should be closed down, people with 5 starts, don’t worry it will come crashing down it always does!

Wish I would have read the reviews, I opened a account and put a code in for a free bet, didn’t get this, I asked the question via email, I got a email saying what offer do you mean? I said it’s the new joining offer? They emailed back saying “slack dragon” no idea what this means but just sounds disrespectful and someone is taking the pi**, I then emailed back and said what??? I joined this site years ago and never used it until recently, I must have deposited around 10 transactions in my time, no issues depositing and no issues with the site, I actually love the site. The only issue is withdrawing, I requested 3 withdrawals 2 days ago, I have heard nothing, I have emailed 3 times with no reply, I have been on live chat today and I am being asked for a bank statement, I feel it’s strange considering I have only deposited a few times, no problem I have no sent 2 lates bank statements, my ID and the bank card I use, I can’t do anymore so just hope they now process my withdraws, next time Bet uk, give me a heads up if you require this information and I can send you it, there was no indication you wanted any of this until I wanted to withdraw any money. The most disgusting unprofessional company I have ever dealt with! Esraa and her team are the most unprofessional customer service representatives I have ever come across! Firstly I ordered a simple cable, for over a week did not arrived, I called them 3 times to be told we DONT HAVE A ORDER! I then showed them proof of the order, they did not apologise they just said “ oh we have found it” I then got a email 3 days later saying your order is ready to be picked up, bare in mind I am in Liverpool and these SCAMMERS are in London, I said this and they said “oh send us the money for the delivery” bare in mind the issues I have had already with them loosing the order, they did not care, anyway I paid for the highest delivery as I wanted the cable, firstly, I was told I had not paid for delivery, I was more or less called a liar, was completely shocked me they told me to pay for delivery via bank transfer, they did not believe me, I had to send them a screen shot of my personal bank account breaching data protection act, it did not arrived for days later, I literally opened it and it was not the correct connection, I packed it up and contacted them on how to return this, I was not responded to for 3 days, I then worked it out how to send the item back, I did this and paid for delivery myself, I then did not hear anything for 3/5 days, until AGAIN, I contacted ESSERA, I was told this below!

I asked right away for this to be cancelled, a week and a half later and 7/10 emails later to a customer service representative I am still being told it’s cancelled, I kept checking my order and still it wasn’t cancelled, I was convinced nothing to worry about it has been cancelled, I knew it hadn’t, I have today received a email to say it’s now been cancelled, what a joke of a company and honestly it’s company’s like this where I have lost all trust for online shopping!!

I am in shock with the figures I have just received. We borrowed £30,000 3 years ago over 15 years! We have been paying almost £400 a month for 3 years. I asked for a settlement figure and I was told we still owe £32,000. I am told we actually did not borrow £30,000 (even thou that’s all we got) we had nearly £4500 fees. £1295 from oplo/ tandem to set up the loan? I mean isn’t it enough you will get all the interest anyway? Then £3500 was for the broker, I will take this up with the broker as £3500 for a few is ridiculous!! I understand when you buy a home you are always paying the interest first and really this is what this is, it’s a loan against your home, but to borrow just £30k and still owe £32,000 3 years into the loan after paying £400 a month is somewhat crazy to me! Stay away from things like this or get a personal loan and have it over a 3/5 years. It doesn’t surprise me they changed their name!

We can’t share the specific reason for closing your account. As a bank we regularly review and sometimes close accounts as part of our legal and regulatory responsibilities. Section 14 of our Terms and Conditions explains our right to close an account, if you want to check.
You have a few options before 17 September 2023
While you can keep using Monzo as normal until then, we recommend that you withdraw any money, close any Pots and transfer any payments to a different account. After 17 September 2023 you won’t be able to use your card or send and receive payments.
You can use the Current Account Switch Service (CASS) to move all your money and payments across. It’s free, takes just 7 days and once you’ve started the process you don’t need to do anything else – your new bank will handle all the admin for you. There’s more information on CASS in our Help section.
If you don’t have another bank account, you still have 2 months to open one and transfer your money and any payments over. We’ve got more information on how to open a UK bank account if you need it.
If there’s still money in your account when we close it, we'll ask for alternative bank account details and send your money there. It’s quicker to move money yourself beforehand though, and we’d recommend you do that if you can.

Ordered food. Wrong order came. I sent these clowns the wrong order receipt as it come with the wrong order and still they didn’t except it. Also the food what came I couldn’t even eat it as it had onions on and I am allergic to them I could have died, honestly WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY!!!
