The payment wouldnt go through

The payment wouldnt go through, Meanwhile the price went from 299, to 349 to 399, to over 500 pounds! It was a terrble experience and i ended up booking a date I didnt want because of this

Best place to get tested

They were really helpful, efficient and kind. They saved the day as I had terrible service from another test service (originally thought I was writing that review, sorry!).

We are sorry to hear you had such an experience.
I can see in our files that you booked the test to release same-day results by midnight. The testing itself occurred at 3:50 pm and the results were emailed 7hrs later (10:17 pm).
Additionally, there are no emails from you complaining or inquiring about the results.
We are extremely sorry that hear that you had to cancel your plans, however, we provided the service agreed upon.
