House built with massa haus/dfh haus

We are building house with massa haus/dfh haus for the past 3 years.

Besides other poor quality work with inexperienced and unprofessional workers, massa haus/dfh haus assigned us an irresponsible, incompetent and neglected architect that caused us a big extra cost and a 6 month delay project.

We are talking to customers service for months without any progress, those people that called themselves customers service just try to blame others without solving issues for us. We’ve never experienced such bad customer service.

At this point of time, we’re very frustrate. We will continue to fight them, sue them or do whatever because we simply just don’t pay extra for their stupid mistakes on our hard working money.

Please don’t build house with dfh haus. They are the worst of the worst.

The overall service needs to be improved

Christoph Winkelmann is our advisor. Christoph is very nice, friendly and very responsive to our concerns. As an expat holding a limited residence, I don't have a lot of opportunities to get the loans from the banks but thanks to Christoph, we have got approved for a credit with Deutsche Bank.
Unfortunately, this is not the best offer we expected since the KfW with very low interest rate decided to stop the program. This led me to my first recommendation. I would assume the advisors should know all of the benefit programs and include that when talking to us. For our case, we had to do all of the researches about the KfW program benefits by ourselves and asked Christoph to include it for us. But then, we were suddenly told that the program was stopped. Such a pity, but again, here, I would assume the advisors should know this and inform us in advance to fasten the process.

The second reason that made me withdraw 2 more stars is the level of support. As this is our first time applying for the credit, I found the whole process very complicated, and time-consuming. We had so many confusions, and doubts. The back and forth with documents also took us 4.5 months to get approved. Everyday I was forwarded bunches of documents in German, without further explanation. If it was for German native speakers, that wouldn't be any problems but with people who has limited German knowledge like me, this is a big challenge. I have to say we were pretty much on our own for the whole time. Luckily, our lender Deutsche bank is willing to set up a meeting with us so I can go through all my questions. I would recommend that the advisors should take those things into consideration, especially with limited German knowledge clients.

The only thing I found useful is the dashboard. Everything in the dashboard is in English and we get to understand the offer much better. However, one bad thing is the dashboard cannot be edited, which I had to ask Christoph many times to update the dashboard for us with the right offer. But unfortunately, until now, the information there is still not correct. It is totally different from what we got in the offer, which again caused me a lot of confusions. I think when it comes to finance and numbers, it is important to be precise and correct. Here, I would suggest the dashboard to be open to edit, so we can play around with the numbers to have a better understand of our finance plan.

Overall, we got the approved credit. We would like to say thank you to LoanLink24 for the support. Hopefully, you can consider my recommendations for better support in the near future.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Unfriendly staff

We arrived at the Harstad/Narvik airport to pick up our car. Our car is supposed to be a Volvo but the staff there gave us a Toyota. When we asked, she showed unfriendly attitude and the whole time of servicing, she rarely explained things to us but kept a very unfriendly face.
