I'm sorry to hear that you believe returning an item to Wetrooms Online is a hassle, that is not a view shared by the vast majority of our customers.

You ordered 3 drain inserts for your existing wetroom trays, you did not ask for our advice on if these would fit your trays. Unfortunately on attempting to fit one of the inserts you discovered they did not fit, and subsequently requested a return of all 3 inserts.

We accepted and refunded the return of the two unfitted inserts but could not accept the return of the 3rd insert as you had attempted to fit it and thus had inserted it into the drain and its water trap.

As explained on the phone, on the basis of hygiene, and as per our terms and conditions regarding fitted items we cannot accept such returns.

This is not an attempt to 'get you on technicalities', but common sense when dealing with parts that have been exposed to drains etc, and is common to all suppliers.
