Andy and Mick B were polite, careful and clearly experienced in delivering mattresses. I was kept informed of the likely arrival time, which was met. Unfortunately, and not Andy or Mick’s fault, the two complimentary items which should have accompanied the order had not been sent. Overall though, a satisfying experience, thanks.

Delivery was fine, but I was concerned with some damage to the box and, potentially, the cooker hood. We are told to advise the company as soon as possible if we have any issues, so I took some photos and emailed them together with my concerns and have heard nothing since!
