I received a £25 gift voucher so I purchased a collar for my dog from Oscar and Hooch. The pictures on the website don't do the collars/products justice so definitely think photos on the website need revamping. I wouldn't have ordered based on the photos if I hadn't had that gift voucher. However, I'm glad I ordered because the collar arrived today, packaged lovely and amazing quality, lovely and soft. It is perfect and am really happy. I would definitely order again and recommend the products to others. Thank you

Ordered two fabric cleansing perfume sprays on 'buy one get one half price'. Aurora and Odyssey scents.

Delivery very quick as I only ordered the evening of 14th April and it arrived today (17th). Packaged well. The delivery timescales have certainly improved.

The bottles are very slimline and tall. Look elegant. They do smell amazing 😍 but I feel £19.99 is quite a high price per bottle. But the buy one get one half price was good on this occasion. I am pleased and have no complaints of the quality of the product and delivery.

The serum doesn't come out onto the microneedling roller. Tried holding it upside down and shaking it. Even tried sitting the bottle/vial in warm water and it still doesn't come out. By the time you have rolled over your face twice your skin is so sore cos there is just no serum coming out. Bad design. So glad I didn't order more than 6 weeks set.

My fifth order as I really wanted to give another chance. They have really improved the despatch time and delivery. My Date Night refills arrived within 2 days. Date Night in the bottle smells amazing and very much like Lost Cherry. However, after the wash there is hardly any smell at all and once dried, non existent. I've tried using 2 caps but still not much of a scent. The investors only purchase pistachio laundry products was a nice touch but unfortunately you can hardly smell anything in
the bottle and absolutely smell of nothing after a wash. For the price of these products I expect more scent and cleaning power than this. The cleaning power is pretty weak. You shouldn't have to buy stain remover powder or scent boosters for the original products you claim clean amazingly and smell amazing and are unlike any other.

Would really recommend The Yorkshire Candle Company. I have tried Cherry Bakewell, Black Cherry which both smell amazing. This time I ordered the limited edition scent Yorkshire Peach. Really pleased with it and it smells better than I anticipated. I hope this fragrance is here to stay. Shipping is really swift also.

Ordered 2nd May. Still not been despatched. I sent an email 6th June and was told it will be at least another week before despatch. My order still hasn't been despatched and it's 14th June now. My order total was £46.99 so am worried nothing will arrive and that money has been lost.

I bought some cuffed boyfriend supposedly stretchy jeans on 2nd May. Took until 25th May to arrive and what turned up was a pair of cheap, tacky jeans, not cuffed and no stretch in them at all. Contacted customer service and told no refund and can't send back. Told me to give them someone as a gift. I'm trying to get my money back via PayPal.

I've been using Tallow and Ash since they launched and tried samples before they launched. I even invested in the company. I love the majority of the products but some are disappointing. I put an order in on 19th April for the value of £34.23. the order is still not here. I've contacted customer service twice and I'm told it will be despatched in 1-2 days. I got a notification to say parcel was going to evri depot on 30th April. Still no update on when the parcel might arrive. Am fobbed off by customer service. I also cannot believe they use Evri for deliveries either. I paid £4.99 for shipping. You would think they would use someone more reliable than Evri. Update. Was delivered on 10th May so around 3 weeks.

I originally purchased 2 sample (60g) packs for my dog to check if he likes it and he loves the food. I have purchased a 1.5kg bag. It's expensive compared to other brands but seems worth it. Have another 2 bags scheduled for delivery.Delivery is tracked and fast.

Great deodorant. Have been using wild for quite a while and it's the only deodorant that works for me. Lots of great scents to choose from. I recently got a limited edition sausage dog case and amber and oud fragrance what smells great. Only negative I would say to wild is the sample deodorants casing does not work and this needs to be rethought as you lose the sample.

I bought 2 sets of wax melts. Absolutely love 'Tea in the orangery' its sooo nice and will definitely order again. Deliverered fast and packaged beautifully.

Happy with the digital portrait but it took ages to get there. Lots of tooing and frowing with customer service, and I was getting fed up. Was asked to send more photos of the pet which I did but again lots of tooing and frowing of 5 or so days and they used the first image I sent originally.
