Daniel was extremely knowledgeable, very patient with me, ability to give instructions so that even a non-computer person could perform whatever function he needed. Daniel was kind, considerate and most of all caring. My opinion is this, Just Answer is extremely fortunate to have an employee like Daniel. Please give him my best regards and kudos for a job.
