Poor customer service. I previously insured my car with you then left for a year to insure with onother insurer. I came back to insure with you this September. However, I have asked you to provide me with a proof of no claim bonus but it has been almost impossible. I keep getting different responses and none of them has provided me with the proof I am looking for. Very disappointed and I don't think I will be insuring with you again.
