Ubersuggest is a Great Keyword Tool without Breaking the Bank

I’ve been using Ubersuggest for a couple of years now. I primarily use it for my personal projects and also at work, in parallel with Ahrefs, for digital marketing.

It's good for the money, especially since I took advantage of the lifetime deal. The entry-level plans may not offer much beyond a single website. However, it's a good way to test it for a low cost.

I eventually upgraded to the mid-tier plan, and it is more than adequate for most users. If I were a freelancer or a smaller-scale digital marketer looking for a good keyword tool without the high cost of Ahrefs or SEMrush, Ubersuggest is a strong choice.

Customer support has also been helpful, so no issues there.

I know Neill is losing money on Ubersuggest or barely making a profit by design. His goal was to create the best keyword tool he could for entry-level and bootstrapping marketers. He’s done a great job, and as a seasoned marketer, I thoroughly enjoy this product—I highly recommend it.

Customer Support | Real Humans!

I disassembled the GT Lite Pro sim cockpit to make adjustments beyond its design, but struggled to reassemble it back to factory. After several days of trial and error, I contacted customer service for help and a schematic. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a genuine response from a real person (Calieb) who was very helpful. Customers appreciate being heard and supported. Thank you, Next Level Racing, for prioritizing your customers. When businesses cut services to maintain profit margins, it's a sign of decline. You have a good thing going--please don't reduce customer service; it's a race to the bottom.

Customer Service has gone downhill...

I have used BlueHost for years but I must say, their customer service has gone downhill...

The short of it:
I had two domains renew at the same time, however, 1 did, 1 did not
Weeks later once I realized 1 did not, I quickly logged in to see what happened. Fortunately, I could recover it, but for an additional $70.
This private domain was recovered but why on earth was it retrieved to the public setting, no clue. This created a surge in spam calls and emails.

I reached out to inquire and provide feedback:
Was on hold for nearly an hour, so I gave up
Chat was a disaster, tried several attempts over several days (could not sit there for hours), it kept reloading, then the person who came on started from scratch, I'd have to explain myself again, and point to the chat history.
The worst part (if you are listening BlueHost) is every time the chat rep would engage about my concern, they made the assumption I wanted to cancel--which I did not, so it shows they were not listening to the customer--customer service 101.

Customer service use to be much better, but now I will be looking for another provider who keeps their customers front and center.

Additional note based on your reply:
I was charged for domain privacy, you can see it in the invoice. Plus, it let me turn it from public to private within the settings. I now have over 100 spam calls due to this, very frustrating.

It sounds like when you renewed your second domain name the privacy on it did not get renewed which could be what's causing the influx of spam calls. Humans, Real Humans!

My favorite feature is the fact that they have real customer service—a lost art in this era of online platforms. When you’re talking about finances or your future wealth, having the ability to talk to a real human is paramount. I left another company because after several emails, They never respond…Doesn’t bode well for confidence if some thing bad ever really ever happened.
