Review of Paws2ashes
Paws2ashes provided a great service at a very difficult time. When my cat dies I was not in a very good state of mind, but booking a cremation was super easy, and all the people I interacted with were very tactful and empathic. They were able to collect on the same day, and returned the ashes only a few days later. Great service, I would recommend them.
Review of Laundryheap
I will never use this service again. Not only they lost all my clothes, but the compensation process was an absolute nightmare, with no availability to talk to a person and all communications via a chat service (where they only answer every couple of days in the evening). Their compensation policy is also NOT in favour of the customer, so not only I lost all of my clothes, but I was also only compensated for less than half the values of the items lost, despite I will have to replace everything in full price. The loss was all mine, the only loss of Laundry Heap for refunding the service. I absolutely advise never to use Laundry Heap if you care about your clothes. If I could give it less than 1 start I would.

Easy to book, the waiting time was very reasonable and the engineer was very helpful, polite and processed the repair very quickly
