Absolutely appalling. Awful quality and equally bad customer service. Do not purchase from here!
My bag arrived and broke the first time I got it out of the box. They have tried to make me send it back to Germany (but sent the wrong DHL shipping label so I actually can't send it back) and said that I have to pay for the repair and that it will also take basically months to do this. I have asked for a refund or at least the right shipping label so that I can get it repaired (for free - I am not paying for their terrible quality), but have had no response!
I should have known something was wrong when I didn't even receive a confirmation email when I ordered the bag and had to email them to confirm I was going to receive it.
I can't believe I've paid over £100 for something so poor.

I have just ordered and waiting for the delivery. Zack was very helpful. Positive so far. Will update once I have started the treatment :)
