Review of DHL Express UK
Terrible service
Terrible service, both to me and to the sender. Delivery was time critical and scheduled for Friday, delivered today after about 17 chases.
Online tracking was useless, didn’t update after dispatch.
Had to pay trades to stand around as they were booked for original delivery date and rearrange 3 days of work to accommodate promised deliveries which never arrived.

If I could give less than one star…
If I could give less than one star rating I would. Boilerjuice absolve themselves of all responsibility for resolving problems, even when the problems are 100% of their own making. I will never use them again and will advise all my contacts to do likewise.
