Josh was great. He allowed us to buy - he didn’t sell to us. He listened to what we had to say and questioned what our requirements were and why. He then advised accordingly. He displayed good knowledge of all gym equipment and great customer empathy.

Great customer service and great work from Sam and Mark; responsive, punctual, very helpful advice, friendly. Went out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything befre they left. Great work, loft very well set out. Quick, and lefft everything clean and tidy. Would recommend to anyone!

Awful. Ordered £400 outside storage unti. They only delivered the wood! No instructions, no fittings, no screws, no brackets, handles, etc. Plus part of the tongue and groooves were damaged. Have been trying to get hold of them - no phone number and noone answers emails
