Terrible company….. ordered in March and still NOT received my order

Louise was great! She was helpful and happy on the phone and didn’t mind trying different options to see what would work best for us

I booked the company to come and collect our old office furniture, I sent a list of items that would be going and paid for the service and was sent confirmation. When the van arrived, the driver not only told me everything wouldn’t fit (which it didn’t) he also said that normally there would be 2 of them but they’d sent him alone as his partner was on holiday meaning I had to help him to get the furniture he could fit in the van out of the office and into the van. When I called to see if there was anything they could do to help I was essentially told no there was nothing they would do, if I needed the rest collecting I’d have to pay again and they couldn’t collect today. So disappointed especially as I explained it needed to be collected today and they wanted a payment before the would check if they had availability, so glad I didn’t pay a second time otherwise I’d be even worse off. They said they could go potentially look for a third party to come today but that was over an hour and a half ago and I’ve not heard back from them.
