I downloaded the Fabulous app after seeing an ad on Instagram but never actually used it beyond day one. There was no active subscription shown on my Apple account, so I assumed I wasn’t being charged. Months later, I discovered they had been taking money directly from my account — around £80 every two months, totalling over £360!
The cancellation process is confusing and not transparent. It feels misleading and exploitative.
Be very careful before downloading this app — the subscription system is not clear at all.
