Order was processed correctly and quickly. Also, I appreciated not having to pay shipping charges.

The company stood behind their product and replaced it without charge. The only issue I had was with the postal system. My order was processed on Feb. 3 and I didn't receive it until Feb. 18th. The US Postal system routed my package to Florida and it floated around for days until I got my local post office involved and they solved the problem somehow some way!

Fast service/no postage/reasonable price

Very satisfied with service and quality of product.

There was a mix up on the dates for free shipping. I was still within the original time frame which I had viewed. In the meantime the company changed the dates before they should have and it meant I would have to wait longer to place my order or pay postage. The representative I spoke with made a change on my order and gave me free postage for which I am grateful.

I wanted to order 2 products at once in order to avoid extra postage but my input didn't work out that way. I made a call and the representative fixed my order so I don't have to pay additional postage.

Haven't used any of the supply I just received, but I'm trusting it is as good as what I previously ordered. Speedy service is much appreciated in this day and age of extended wait times for products ordered online. Thank you.

I haven't as yet used the product I purchased. The 2 issues I can comment on are the extremely fast service I received and the very affordable price.
