I inadvertently ordered the wrong…

I inadvertently ordered the wrong product based on the ad and ordering on facebook. The ad did not say there were 2 different serums. I very respectfully and nicely asked customer service if they could replace my serum with the correct one; the answer was simply no I could purchase for another $83.00. They made no attempt to help me out or make it right. A a result i will not only not purchase again but let others know not to buy

My email was compromised and the…

My email was compromised and the hijackers changed my password. 101 Domain required I send passport, drivers license, pilots license to them via open internet email to gain credentials to sign into my account, even though I could provide my user name. After sending docs twice without a secure VPN to send them to they have asked for them a third time claiming they cannot read them and still have denied me a password to my account. My business is shut down because they have locked me out of my own email. But everyone across Europe can get access to it!

I ordered from this company because…

I ordered from this company because they advertised 10 day delivery. I placed my order July 20. It is now August 26 and I still do not have my order. No apology, no communication, no discount. The event I needed the promo item for has long come and gone.
