I inadvertently ordered the wrong…
I inadvertently ordered the wrong product based on the ad and ordering on facebook. The ad did not say there were 2 different serums. I very respectfully and nicely asked customer service if they could replace my serum with the correct one; the answer was simply no I could purchase for another $83.00. They made no attempt to help me out or make it right. A a result i will not only not purchase again but let others know not to buy
