CA, please ensure you hire professional customer service representatives, as this is unacceptable. Her name is Sarah, and she handled my work order #1949715915. I would encourage you to get in touch with her to review her work ethic - she comes across as a person who is unprofessional and childish.

I gave them 1 star because it seem like no one ever return calls. Left 3 messages, went by the gym 2 times and no staff was present. I guess they don't need the money. This is the gym off of Wedington in Fayetteville, Arkansas.

There is never someone to answer calls. I don't know why they listed their online numbers in the first place. This is crazy.

There is no live person to talk to. Been trying to reach them for about 2 months now and still no luck. Never received the SMS that the robot promised to send the link to schedule an appointment to talk to a live person. Unprofessional lack of customer service. Do you ever wonder why reps get mad at you when all you're trying to do is to resolve the issues? Instead of them walking you through, they yelled at you over the phone and think they own this company? I had a terrible customer service this morning with Tikashu? and his female supervisor. I'm not a racist but with hearing their voices, they are both African American. I know you have personal issues and those are to be kept at home.

I made a reservation online and when to the store the following day to pick up my car rental and there was no sign displaying CLOSED or OPEN. I was curious because on their website it says opens at 10:00AM can closed at 6PM. I waited for more minutes to see if someone open their store....30mins still no one there. I called the number on their website there was no answer. I call the 1800#, they reps there didn't have any clue if this location was open, This is at the NWA Mall in Fayetteville, AR. No - this is a haunted place!! Don't waste your time book online because this location is CLOSED!!!!!!

Envoy Air is a worst and too many no-brainers!! At the XNA, the mgmt are not there most of the time. Only time you see them is when they came in late night to spy on their hard working team members. They don't even smile and say at least HELLO or GOOD MORNING to their staff. When they are in the office, they sit there and eat lots of junk food. What in the world would Envoy hired such??!! Come on Headquarter folks and HR, you can do better than that. This is why you're are losing people every day. Put yourself together and train your trainers, LOL!!!
