I went with my daughters to Total Fitness in Chester. They wanted to join. Somebody explained things in a very basic way, saying we could just decide to leave whenever we wanted, no issues, everything OK there. Now that my daughter is going to live in a different city to study at University, they are putting so many blockers. Now they say that because she's going to a city where they have a gym as well, they can't cancel the suscription. This was a TOTAL MIS-SELL, this is completely illegal. I advise anyone to be careful when they join, it is a nightmare to end the contract. Or their people are not prepared to sell properly or they just scam people keeping them prisoners of a contract they didn't want.

They just wrote 3 days before our trip to cancel our reservation, this is not fair, not it is impossible to book independently a Night Ghost Tour in Edinburgh. There isn't a number to call, terrible experience, destroyed our holidays.
