Car had problems. Employees refuse to help.

The car we bought had tbroken tail lights - but it was far away from where we lived, so we simply bought the parts ourselves to avoid any unecessary trips to their store.

Then we had problems with the AC when we bought the car, so they promised to fix it. When we got the car, the AC only worked for one day and it was broken again. We live far and work schedule has hindered us from going back to them right away. We tried to call them multiple times but nobody wanted to take responsibility with our inquiry. They kept brushing us off for two weeks of calling them about it. Their excuse is always that the person who sold us the car was not there or sick. They said they would call us back but it never happened.

When we finally reached them on the phone, they had the audacity to be angry at us for not reporting it. They even said we already exceeded the 30-day grace period. But we tried calling them for 2 weeks about the problem and nobody would help us. In the end, they simply told us to report them to the consumer agency and that they wouldn't help with fixing the AC. They are very well aware how long that process would take, so they are confident that this problem will go away for them.

it's a scam company. Don't trust their cars and not especially the employees.

We recently purchased a used car from Bilbolaget Syd AB and have encountered numerous issues. Despite purchasing additional warranties, the company has been completely unresponsive to our requests for assistance.
After multiple attempts to contact Bilbolaget Syd AB, we were finally able to speak with a representative who was unhelpful and manipulative. They refused to take responsibility for the car's pre-existing problems and tried to pressure us into paying for repairs that should have been covered under warranty.
Here's why you should avoid Bilbolaget Syd AB:
* Unresponsive Customer Service: They consistently fail to return calls and avoid addressing customer concerns.
* Deceptive Sales Tactics: They may try to mislead customers about the condition of vehicles or the terms of warranties.
* Unwillingness to Stand by Their Products: They refuse to honor warranty obligations and avoid taking responsibility for defective vehicles.
We are currently filing a complaint with the appropriate consumer protection agency and strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

Missing an Item - Disappointed

Missing one pen from my order and when I contacted them via email, it sounded like they didn't believe me as if it's my fault. That in their system it was shipped. Honestly, that pen is cheap compared to my other order/s and I wouldn't waste my time making stories about it. The fact of the matter is that I DID NOT GET THE ITEM and they should own up to that. I've ordered a couple times before and even recommended penstore to friends and office mates but now I don't plan on buying in the future. Very disappointing.
