Car had problems. Employees refuse to help.
The car we bought had tbroken tail lights - but it was far away from where we lived, so we simply bought the parts ourselves to avoid any unecessary trips to their store.
Then we had problems with the AC when we bought the car, so they promised to fix it. When we got the car, the AC only worked for one day and it was broken again. We live far and work schedule has hindered us from going back to them right away. We tried to call them multiple times but nobody wanted to take responsibility with our inquiry. They kept brushing us off for two weeks of calling them about it. Their excuse is always that the person who sold us the car was not there or sick. They said they would call us back but it never happened.
When we finally reached them on the phone, they had the audacity to be angry at us for not reporting it. They even said we already exceeded the 30-day grace period. But we tried calling them for 2 weeks about the problem and nobody would help us. In the end, they simply told us to report them to the consumer agency and that they wouldn't help with fixing the AC. They are very well aware how long that process would take, so they are confident that this problem will go away for them.
it's a scam company. Don't trust their cars and not especially the employees.
