Super communicative and responsive!! I’m still waiting for my order, but I love how friendly and professional the team is :)

I read the reviews before ordering and was worried about receiving them at the end of the month or not getting it at all. I purchased it regardless cause these shoes are cute, and I ended up getting them MUCH earlier than I anticipated!! I chose the 10-12 day shipping too so I didn't pay extra for delivery but still received it fast.
The only issue that I do agree with is that the tracking system does not work at all. Every time I would click the 'track your order' button it gave me an error page. It's very discouraging to not be able to see where your package is and understandable that people are freaking out about it. Other than that, the shoes are amazing much love <3
