Pretty useless! 2 out of 6 journeys ok!!

We had 6 journeys booked through Hoppa around Canada and USA. The first two were perfect. The last 4 were terrible (2 of which didn't even arrive)

The first 2 Drivers had good communion and arrived on time.

On our 3rd trip, the driver sat in the car park smoking cannabis and then drove us at over 120 mph (over 190 kph) weaving dangerously across lanes on the freeway

Our 4th driver didn't arrive, so we had to pay $50 for a taxi. I tried to contact Hoppa on the WhatsApp number no answer. They would not communicate with me on the live chat as despite having the booking reference and confirmation receipt I didn't have the email address of the travel agent who booked it! They closed the online chat and left us abandoned at Quebec airport!

The 5th driver went to the wrong port, he did initially communicate with us, but then ghosted us for an hour, despite reading our WhatsApp messages that he was in the wrong place. He then said he was lost and accused us of being at the wrong port. He refused to come and get us. Again I tried to contact Hoppa on the WhatsApp number no answer. They would not communicate with me on the live chat as despite having the booking reference and confirmation receipt I didn't have the email address of the travel agent who booked it! We had to pay $125 for a taxi!

The 6th driver did not communicate with us prior to the pickup, but I did have a contact at their company who admitted they had forgotten about our pickup. The driver eventually arrived an hour late, meaning we only just made it to the port to catch our ship home.

I will not be using Hoppa again!

Terrible experience

Terrible experience! I had to move house for work. Vodafone said if I stayed with them I wouldn't be charged and early termination fee. So I stuck with Vodafone and they then charged me £141.63 early termination fee. Spent an hour and a half on the phone to them. Each department admitted they had made a mistake and I would receive a refund but would take 5 days. 16 days later I am still waiting for a refund. My bank has not been credited and my Vodafone account not credited. I am now having to get my bank to reclaim the money,
Even transferring the internet to my new address was difficult. They sent the new router to the address before last, where I haven't lived for years. They promised to enable the internet on 25th May, it eventually came on on 3rd June.
Worst experience of a company ever.

Excellent garage

Excellent garage. Alway use as they are able to diagnose any problems with my Nissan straight away, always exploring the cheapest option first. Very personal and friendly service.

Good service but printing dark

Price was good and customer service excellent as was delivery time, but printing of the banner was VERY dark. Much darker than when I printed a trial run on my colour copier. Photos were especially dark. I guess it's just a case of realising printing will be much darker on grey vinyl than white paper. It would be good if the website states this. Overall happy with price and service.

As we print on Specialist machines and materials unfortunately proofing your design from your colour copier would not provide an accurate colour match service and we can totally understand how this would not have met your expectations.
