This was the cutest thing. I did this as an Anniversary gift for my husband. He loved it, and I had so much fun putting it together. The tools were so easy to use and easy to access on all of my devices. Several times I thought I’d lost my changes, but everything stayed intact over several weeks of editing and indecision. Finished product was high quality. Super cool gift idea at a decent price. Very well done.

Love Big Green. Products are excellent. Delivery time is excellent. Customer service is excellent. The one time I had a problem, they handled the matter above my expectation. And when they asked for customer feedback, I gave it and the next thing you know, they implemented my suggestion. Nice work Big Green.

The products are wonderful and I’m impressed that you have actually listened to the feedback. That’s quite impressive. I love that you have created a rewards program. While $5 is certainly better than nothing, it could be better. I spend over $100 per month on your products just for my household and it still takes several months to see any rewards for my loyalty. I recommend making the reward price point a little better. To offset the cost you may wish to consider having a checkbox at checkout for free samples, rather than sending them automatically. Or make the sample packaging smaller, rather than sending a regular-size product. I have an accumulation of products that I cannot use because my food sensitivities are so extreme. Excellent customer service. Excellent products! Love the millet pastas. Angel hair and ramen noodles. The buckwheat tastes almost like regular wheat pasta. Nicely done.
