Next Day Delivery. Good product at an acceptable price.
Have had several devices from IT Zoo and none have let me down. Last laptop lasted over 5 years of daily abuse from her indoors on the daily mail site before giving up the ghost. Back to itzoo for a replacement.

The payout process is to complex please review.
The need to select from individual received rewards to then add to a wallet, why.
I have received an amount of rewards and need to take out an amount I wish, not forced into amounts that I don't.

Hey there MD,
If you want to select a lesser value to payout, you can select "part payout (optional)" at the top of the payout page, deselect what you don't want to payout and hit "recalculate" this will only set the selected cashback to be transferred when requesting.
When selecting a voucher, some have set amounts, others you can chose the amount you'd like (the amount you enter includes the bonus for requesting that particular voucher).
