Terrible company!! Do not use! My dad died almost 5 years ago and there was a policy for my mum. I asked them at the time if there were any other policies for either of them and was told there wasn't. My mum died in May this year and when my sister contacted them was given the same info. But later found policies which did have money in them. They then said they couldn't find them. They sent a letter asking us to provide info but when we called they asked for different info and then said they were mixing my mum and dad's name up. Made a complaint 4 months ago and missed their call today. Tried to call back but they had no record of complaint or reference numbers. Absolute joke

App very easy to use to design birthday card and was delivered on the day it was supposed to be. My 16 hear old daughter had some disappointment about other gifts and cards not arriving but her card from Moonpig made her day!

I seen the offer for the TV I boight online initially but went to the store at The Forge to buy it. When I asked if I could order it I was told I couldn't because it wasn't in stock in that store. I then went straight to the store in Uddingston where they had it in stock. The sales person was brilliant. He could tell me everything he knew about the TV and was able to discuss other TV's they had on sale. I bought the TV because the service was brilliant.
