Disappointed with the upgrade

Whilst working through the hints the system provides, there are frequent instances where you get the broken branch logo on your screen with the advice to log in again because the system has failed.
The basic level of access gives plenty to start building your family tree but you have to upgrade to the next level for access to the 1921 Census. Having upgraded for 3 months I'm slightly disappointed in the level of access to other data. It might be me but it seems that the only additional information is the 1921 Census.

A professional first class experience.

The booking process online was easy and I was contacted by email by the branch manager to arrange a convenient date to take my car in. He was polite, and helpful during the handover promising to ring me when the car was available for collection the following day. In fact I called the branch the following day because I needed to MOT our other car at a specific time and wondered if the wheel repair was completed. The manager rang me back and informed me that the car would be ready for collection in time to get the other car MOT'd. I thought the use of text messages to my mobile with terms and conditions was a good facility too. The repair was perfect with the damage completely removed.

We recommend Arda for all white goods

Jason turned up promptly at the time he had promised and quickly remedied the problem with our washing machine door seal. I had attempted to fix it myself but there's nothing like a professional with experience when you need one. A really nice guy, thanks Jason.

Next day delivery. Excellent service.

Virgin Media arranged to send me a replacement Tivo box for my TV. This was on Sunday afternoon. I was advised it could take two to three days so I was particularly pleased when the Yodel driver delivered it to my door in the early afternoon of the following day. Great service.
