People say Balfes is the best and I concur

I’ve had friends purchase from balfes, it’s close to me in Fulham so thought I’d give it ago. I was super impressed with Luke and Cormac, so thank you for sharing your knowledge, making the purchasing of the bike straight forward and getting everything setup super quickly.

I took the TCR for a test ride and said to myself nah I don’t need di2’s, next minute i said I’ll take the bike. The front disk brakes have been squeaky and I mentioned this to the workshop, they took a look complimentary (which was a nice gesture) but they are still squeaky under braking so will bring back for another check.

One point of feedback if we are being pedantic is someone whose never used electric gears before; I had left the store with the bike then realised I have no idea there is an app, how to check battery… etc Something super minor but maybe just note that in your user setup/handover.

Overall very impressed and look forward to them looking after the bike with years to come.

Great fun, great food! Highly recommend booking

A unique offering of good quality, fresh and tasty pizza provided by Callum! Pizza is all about the crust and the sauce + fresh ingredients and Safari Social club does not compromise on any of that!

Great team who are very polite, professional and genuinely understand the hospitality industry.

Looking forward to seeing more Safari Social Club popups!

avoid at all cost as it will cost you personally more to rectify issues

Never received my day 5 test kit under order no. RANDX0705194. I am on day 10 now will still no day 8 result.

3 hours of hold on 3 separate days to a customer care agent to only be hang-up on when you get to the front of the queue (199 people).

No replies to tweets. Utter shambles - avoid at all cost!
