I hired a TENS machine from Birth Supplies and was really pleased with my experience. The kit arrived quickly and had a label on confirming that it had been checked and cleaned before sending. It was all wrapped up neatly and came with helpful instructions, and was all very clean and well maintained. When my baby arrived late and I had to return the kit late, they were very understanding after I let them know. Returning was very easy as a returns bag was also included. I would definitely recommend Birth Supplies to anyone looking to hire equipment to help with birth and would use them again!

Brilliant service from the Norwich team. They were really communicative all the way through the repair process, letting us know what was going on and even alerting us to an unrelated issue with our car. They were very organised and efficient and made the whole repair process really simple. The repairs have been carried out perfectly and the car looks brilliant!

I visited the Norwich Riverside Store to have my child's feet measured and get their first pair of shoes. Zach was so helpful and patient and helped us to find the right pair of shoes. They're really good quality and my child loves them!

I have been buying all my cards from thortful for a few years now and have always been really happy! They have a huge range of cards available for absolutely any occasion (it can take ages to pick the perfect one as there are so many to choose from!) I also really like that they champion independent creators, and there are some really unique designs on offer. Postage has always been really quick, and on the one occasion that my order didn't arrive, a replacement was sent out immediately when I contacted them. Customer service has always been great. They also have the option to add gifts, including some more unusual options. I'll be continuing to use them for all the cards I need!

We booked Lisa and Neil to photograph our wedding after having an initial call with them and being really impressed with both the quality and style of their photos and by how thorough but fun they were when talking through how our day might run. And we are SO pleased that we chose them!!

Lisa and Neil were so communicative throughout the process, from when we were first enquiring with them right through to receiving our photos back. Anytime we sent questions we always received a detailed and clear response very quickly and they have always been so friendly. You can tell from their emails and their social media content that they genuinely care about all their clients and want them to have the best experience, and this personal connection they make with their couples makes such a difference, especially during a period when Covid has made wedding planning a lot more difficult.

We had an engagement shoot with Lisa and Neil a year before our wedding, which was really fun and relaxed and a great opportunity to get to know them and get used to having photos taken.

On the wedding day they were absolutely brilliant to have around; they got everyone involved in the group shots and had people laughing but were also great at not being distracting when taking more candid photos. They took some really beautiful portrait shots of us and also got these done quickly, so we weren't away from our guests for too long. They are both full of creative ideas! We also had lots of comments from our guests about how much fun they were to be around! The fact that there are two of them is also great as it meant that we were able to have lots of photos of both the bridal and groom parties getting ready in the morning and nothing was missed.

We got our photos back less than a week after the wedding and we are so happy with the quality of them. The photos are beautifully shot and edited and we really felt like we were reliving the day through them. We have so many favourites!

Not only are they fantastic photographers who will capture all the details and emotions of your day, they are also fun to be around and will really contribute to the atmosphere of your day!
