My order got lost in the german customs system, after 6 weeks and DHL enquiries, I was told the parcel was lost and that was that, nothing could be done. The LSC customer service team were excellent. They were friendly and supportive, I felt listened to and heard. They facilitated a generous solution. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

The socks are too big (my size is 38). I‘ve just bought a size smaller (34-36) and they fit better.

I bought the wallpaper and paint online, however I was contacted very quickly to let me know that the paint couldn‘t be shipped to Germany, I was delighted that the wallpaper arrive safe and sound just a few days later.
