Excellent customer service in Royal…

Excellent customer service in Royal Leamington Spa branch. I didn’t get the lady’s name, think she is the brach manager and of German/Austrian origin. Her approach is personalised. She has learned her customer names and is clearly there to make the process as simple as possible. Keep up the great work! If only all your branches were at the same standard.

Very Responsive and Great Clean

Gigov was very responsive and arrange a cleaning service for me on the day (very last minute). Iryna, did a fantastic job. Explained what needed to be done and she just cracked on and got the house cleaned while I made some last trips to the tip. I would definitely use them again.

Cornerstone did an excellent job for my move today. Good communication through the process. Very helpful in making sure the small things got sorted. Luton van was well packed and they showed good care an attention to my belongings. Started at 8:15 and in my new place at 1:30.

Worst Customer Service / Unable to…

Worst Customer Service / Unable to Calculate Bills Correctly. Replied to Trust Pilot email requesting for my account details and no follow up. Can’t move supplier because they have filed gas consumption figures of over 100,000 kWh which means my 3 bedroom terraced housed is classed as an industrial user. I have emailed their CEO - no response/resolution. Utterly incompetent organisation. Turns out my experience is not unique, energy industry is over charging customers with smart meters because their systems have not caught up!

Don’t switch to Eon Next. Their customer service is awful and they can’t calculate your bills accurately even when you have a smart meter. Never going to use them again once I can switch. Their customer service agents call them selves energy specialists - they are not.

It’s ok until you need help

Uber Eats are rubbish as a business when it comes to reporting safety issues with food that’s been delivered and getting help with an ongoing order. Everything goes through their boy chat systems and you can’t get in person help. If you’re lucky and work out how to get through you will be put through to a call centre in India. The customer service is rubbish.

Pathetic customer support services

Pathetic customer support services. Phone centre farmed out and might as well not exist!

They often send wrong items or don’t fullfill order.

They then insist on charging you for it.

Rubbish!

Combination of Brexit nonsense and these companies trying to make a quick buck. Sent a parcel to Austria. Completed all the paperwork required for a gift parcel. Parcel held at DPD/Customs supposedly requiring duty payments even though it was a gift.
No contact to me as the sender to state what was happening. Don’t waste your money with them.
