Received damaged goods! Have tried to contact company through 3 different emails provided and no answer. Wrote to them on Twitter/X and nothing answer. Had to go through my bank to try and get a refund.

What a journey!!! Helen at convey law is an angel! We recently had a newborn and we desperately wanted to be in before the stamp duty charge as every penny counts now! Helen worked endlessly emailing me back nearly everyday (I emailed her a lot haha) towards the end she rang me with daily updates and was lovely to chat to and she was always very polite and kind. She worked all hours of the day sorting us and everyone else out. It was a long process but in the end we got what we wanted and want to thank Helen Brown from the bottom of our hearts!
