Fast, efficient and skilled process. My phone screen and battery were replaced into a new shell in less than an hour.

The technician was friendly and answered any questions I had about the process.

An amazing abiity to pXXs off customers

An amazing abiity to obfuscate, frustrate and take the customer in circles rather than address issues.

I've booked a 4th repair for the same issue and when attempting to speak to someone to discuss having the appliance replaced the whole contact process is desgned to channel you to live chats with agents who have no ability to resolve anything but the most basic of issue.

After multiple attempts to call and be passed from team to team (Whirlpool team say this is a Multi Brand query, MB team say this is a Faber team query) the calls end up either not being answered, disconnected or overflow back in circles to the Whirlpool team who can't help anyway.

Trying to make a complaint is neigh on impossible. There is no phone number or email for the complaint team and customers are directed to write a physical letter and post it like it's 1985. Seriously, this company has such a poorly designed customer contact scheme that someone should be fired for implementing it as it fails to do the one thing customers want - to speak to an agent who can resolve their issue.

The only up side is that this is not a chargeable service it's what happens when companies outsource their support to teams without the ability to deliver basic levels of service.
