Stay away from this organisation. Poor customer service. Once they got you as a customer they make sure they chain you in and pray that you won’t become a fraud victim as they won’t listen to anything that you have to say.

The customer service is appalling. Trying to reinstate my business account. I’ve sent them all the documents requested and what seems to be a click of a button job, it has been two months now since the initial request for the reinstatement. Stay away from them!
