Never got to try the shoes. They were delivered to the wrong address (with photographic evidence). I’ll never know because the customer support team and process has convinced me to never buy from ON again. Chats ended while I was verifying delivery, a 5-7 day “investigation” AFTER you fill out a form. I wouldn’t purchase from a company that cares so little for their customers.
Review of Gousto
Many of the meals were somewhat tasteless (on average) and the instructions were overly complex for what was billed as a simpler alternative to Hello Fresh. Also, one of my meats were spoiled before I got to cook it. Honestly, just an overly-complicated, less enjoyable version of Hello Fresh.

Review of Compare The Man And Van
This service is absolutely awful. Pre-paid and confirmed service in advance - at which point attempted to confirm with the driver/subcontractor they used: the phone number does not work, they did not return multiple emails. We reached out directly to comparethemanandvan in advance because we suspected there was an issue, I SPOKE WITH A PERSON THERE AND EXPLAINED WE WERE WORRIED OUR DRIVER WAS NOT GOING TO SHOW UP IN ADVANCE - they said they would mark my request urgent and someone would call me back. Nothing. They never called, they never attempted to contact the driver until the driver did not turn up for our move. This company completely screwed us over and did nothing to prevent it when we made them aware of the issue over a day in advance. Mark my words, if you trust this company to handle the booking/subcontracting of moving services there is a higher than expected chance that you will be abandoned and they will not do what it takes to make it right… take it from the guy currently using a series of Uber’s to move his possessions in time.
