Great staff easy to deal with and car was serviced on time with no delays. Everything explained to me and what was due to repaired with in the next servicing schedule.

I found the process to be quick and easy. The online application and consistent updates via phone and email made keeping things well tracked and the customer service was brilliant. They were thoughtful and honest and had no problems discussing my needs, they asked what was needed and had excellent response times. The service was fast and competitive, even when my bank wasn't interested in my needs, Fox came through and find a great rate. I will be using this service in the future most likely over my bank as my first choice.
